How We Work
- You decide you want a new computer system
- Meeting 1: We come and listen to your requirements and work out an action plan and quote.
- Meeting 2: If you like our ideas we’ll come down with a techie so he can have a good look at the site. We’ll discuss any changes to the plan if required, then confirm the quotation.
- You place an order with us and sign the contract. We build everything off site while you continue working.
- We install the system and transfer all the data when your business is quiet or not open for business, e.g Friday afternoons and weekends.
- The system is maintained remotely and of course we’ll come to your business if we need to get hands-on with the equipment. We’ll also be on the end of a phone for any support you require.
